Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for consulting on study abroad programs. The application country is mainly top-ranked universities in the United States, but also other countries such as the United Kingdom;
2. Understand the needs of customers for studying abroad and provide professional and comprehensive overseas colleges and professional information, and design practical study abroad programs for customers;
3. Evaluate and answer the application materials for studying abroad, and guide the preparation and completion of the materials and documents of the application for studying abroad and the study visa;
4. Keep abreast of students' hobbies, personalities, academic expertise, etc., effectively formulate study abroad plans, be responsible for and guide students' extracurricular activities, and make all-round preparations for students' further studies;
5. Track and manage the entire process of student application for studying abroad to ensure the smooth progress of the student's application for studying abroad;
6. Actively follow up and contact customers, communicate effectively, solve customer problems, and make relevant records carefully to maintain customer relationship and satisfaction.
7. Use strong English skills to communicate clearly and efficiently with coworkers in English.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English, good reading and writing skills;
2. Experience as a study abroad consultant or overseas study background is preferred;
3. Familiar with college information, human history, etc., especially in the United States, familiar with university rankings, professional information and admission requirements
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, good professionalism, active work, and strong English and Chinese communication skills.
