It is a public full-time institution of higher learning sponsored by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government, jointly built by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and the Suining Municipal People's Government, and directly managed by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education. Founded in 1911, the school has more than 110 years of vocational education history.
